It can seem overwhelming, the idea of designing your own ring. Where do you start, the stone, the metal, the setting? Do you want a wide band or a narrow one? A classic solitaire or a halo?
Lee and his team of designers and jewellers have been creating your perfect rings for over a decade and have all the experience needed to assist you on this exciting journey.
Our Bespoke custom design process is a treasured collaboration between you and our jewellery experts to design and handcraft your dream piece, fit for generations to come.

STEP 1
Conversation
By filling out the online quote form you will take the first step, the more details you can provide the better but don’t worry if you are not quite sure of some things yet.
A designer may contact you to ask a few follow up questions before preparing a quote.
Your design will then be professionally drawn for your approval and any changes you desire will be made at this time…to ensure your ring is the perfect size, you may be asked to drop in for a fitting.
STEP 2
Stone Selection
We have an extensive collection of premium hand selected rare diamonds, and natural gemstones to choose from. Alternatively we can source any stone or material within your desired style and budget. Every loose stone from our premium collection has been specially selected for its optimum quality, cut and colour.
STEP 3
Our Passion for Design
Next, we draft some initial design sketches for you to visualise your dream design from every angle.
This can be a hand drawn sketch or CAD Design / Render for you to see your dream piece in all angles come to life.
This is your chance to refine your design before we move into the manufacturing stage.
Lastly, we ask you to review your final design, your stone selection, and present you with a final quotation outlining all the details including timeframes before proceeding into manufacturing.
STEP 4
Our Craftsmanship & Workmanship
Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by our highly qualified and extensive experienced master jewellers.
Great attention to detail is taken with each part of the manufacturing process, using ancient and modern techniques and equipment to create the strongest, and most beautiful handmade jewellery pieces in Australia.
Our hand crafted manufacturing process can take between 3 – 7 weeks depending on the complexity of your design.
STEP 5
From Our Hands to Yours
Your ring is then brought to life by a team of exceptional jewellers, the stones are all set and the metal brilliantly polished.
The final step, you take home your beautiful one of a kind ring!
We provide you with a lifetime guarantee and extra special cleaning and polishing services whenever needed.
